Athlefit is a circuit training style session for runners of all abilities but also is great for non-runners to keep fit, loose weight and tone up with other people in a fun and encouraging environment.
We meet on Wednesday 9.30-10.15am
at the Boys Brigade Hall on the Ashchurch Road
£5 per class – no membership fee or payment in advance -just turn up, pay and train.
