Gloucester Sports Breakfast Run

Just wanted to say how much I appreciated this course. Have never been sporty, never thought I would be a jogger and am so grateful to Kerry for, by 10 weeks, gently getting me and our whole group to be able to comfortably jog 3 miles and enjoy it! So happy and really think it will be a life changer. So glad to find exercise I enjoy.. and a fun group of ladies to do it with! Big thanks to Kerry and Kathy if you are thinking of trying it.. dont hesitate. Go for it.
