Charlie and Kathy received quite different medals for their half-marathons Charlie was in Birmingham whilst Kathy rocked around the royal parks !

Team effort for September Goals
Starting down at Land’s End we ran all the way up to John O’Groates then back down to as far as Morecombe Bay ! (1304 Virtual Run miles) during September !
Speedy Allrunner Angels
Well done Sarah, Sharron, Sue & Karen Angels 10k… “horrible hills but the rain stopped. Sue and Sharon were 1st and 2nd in their category” (Sharron runs for Tewkesbury Running Club too)
They love a devil mud run
Angie & Mia volunteered on the Saturday at Devil Mud Run then “enjoyed” the course themselves on the Sunday – great way to support other runners and keep costs down !
