Park Run Super Hero's

Just wanted to say how much I appreciated this course. Have never been sporty, never thought I would be a ‘jogger’ and am so grateful to Kerry for, by 10 weeks, gently getting me and our whole group to be able to comfortably jog 3 miles… and enjoy it! So happy and really think it will be a life changer. So glad to find exercise I enjoy.. and a fun group of ladies to do it with! Big thanks to Kerry and Kathy… if you’re thinking of trying it.. don’t hesitate. Go for it.
