Ladies – just to give you more ideas for strength training, we are holding a Cross Training session on Tuesday 7th Feb at 6pm meeting at Cascades as normal. We will then be running approx 1 mile as a warm up to Legends Gym. We will then be running through a standard cross training session which you can do at home, as an additional session or instead of going for a run to build strength. I promise it will be enjoyable and hopefully you will all get some good ideas to do at home or the gym.
This will replace the normal run sessions.
