Our new Beginners Jogging Course is going to start on Tuesday 22nd April 2014 at 6pm till 7pm.
This course is aimed at ladies who have never run before, and don’t know where to start. The course lasts for 10 weeks, and each week we talk through different aspects of running from nutrition, what to wear, health benefits, diets, cross training and loads of other stuff.
The cost is £30 which is paid on the first night. A Bargain!! You even get a finishers t-shirt on week 10 !
We also try and make it fun and enjoyable so that running becomes a permanent part of your life!
